Product: HP ENVY 6022e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

In setting up the new HP PRINTER I was directed to Zoho by HP Supprt. They said my computer was corrupted and wanted a fee to clean it. I refused as it sounded like a scam. How can HP allow this?
