Hi 

I have a Deskjet4130e which I have inherited from another office - it was  never set up as it was found to be too complicated!!

I am trying to repurpose it and have set up cartridges but they aren't being recognised.  I have tried cleaning them etc and they are full of ink but clearly not working. The printer is old but brand new - never used

Any ideas??
