My new printer has been set up and works but it still says set up incomplete.

Thank you for sharing this. I understand your printer is functioning but still shows “set up incomplete.” It’s good to know that you’ve already managed to get it working.

To guide you further, could you let me know:

  • The exact printer model you’re using.
  • How it’s currently connected (Wi‑Fi, USB, or Ethernet).
  • Whether you completed the setup through the HP App or another method.

This will help narrow down why the message is appearing even though the printer is operational.
