HP deskjet 4100e all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I am trying to set up my new deskjet 4100e all in one printer but after 5 days it still won't work. I have downloaded the driver from 123.hp.com and gone into settings to make it my default printer but still keeps saying not connected to wifi. I know the paper and ink are okay bacuase it actually printed the set up instructions page but nothing else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
