I am unable to complete setup of my HP 2755e printer. The setup wizard gets stuck at: "Loading your Instant Ink Trial". The circle keeps spinning and never proceeds to the next page. Please help.

To assist you better, is this happening on the HP Smart app?
Restart the printer and the computer.
If the issue persists, reinstall the HP Smart app and check if that helps.

Disable the anti-virus program for a few minutes until the printer is setup.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
