HP Envy 7855
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to set up HP Envy 7855, but can't move past the "install cartridges that came with printer" They sent me an HP 65 and an HP 57.  The printer take HP#67.  Printer Takes HP #64.  I just so happened to have a New Black HP #64.  But, the machine does not recognized it and keeps saying to install the setup cartridges, that don't work when I do.

I tried to get around this and install the internet but also found out that the Ethernet cord that fits my router, does not fit the printer.  I have used Ethernet Cables for so long that my PC only offers Ethernet adapters and I forgot how to get wireless options on MY HP Compaq Elite 8300 CMT!

I have the black ink, I was using my other HP Envy 5660 All in one without and ethernet cord, but I dropped it, and it quit scanning but still printed and copied.  I needed the scan, so I bought this newer (I thought) printer, and let the old printer run out of ink and I wanted to print and important document that needs to be mailed.  I am surprised that I am not more upset.  Maybe patience is part of old age, don't know.

I contacted the seller, but of course, who knows how long it will take to hear from him.

HAVE INK - HAVE PRINTER PLUGGED IN- HAVE PDF DOCUMENT LOADED ON MY PC DESKTOP, BUT....

I am unable to move on with the installation of the printer cord to the PC because the printer won't go past wanting the setup cartridges.  HELP!  Anyone??
