Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hello,

I am trying to setup a Laserjet M209dwe on Windows Server 2012 R2 for our companies print server.

I am able to set it up using the HP Easy Start on my Windows 10 PC and print just fine while its on the network. I can ping it from the print server as well and everything looks like it should work.

When trying to do a test print from the server the LED light in the front of printer flashes 1 time but thing comes out - its like its communicating but not at the same time... the job will leave the printer queue like it printed as well but nothing comes out.

Currently the print server has HP Universal Printer PCL 6 and PCL 5 drivers so I am wondering if that is the issue?

When installing it to my computer using the HP Easy Start software it select HP Laserjet M207-M212 PCLm-S drivers and works flawlessly.

I am unable to find that driver for Windows Server 2012 R2 so does that mean that this printer is unable to be put on a corporate print server? Anyone have any insight on what drivers I need to make this work?
