Product: Color Laser Jet Pro M254dw printer

Setting up Printer using HP Easy Start and I have gotten as far as I am stuck with - I primary use HP Products and services:

I selected in a business with 1 - 9 employees.

 

under this selection is a rectangle box which shows read when I hit continue. I can put letters(not all) and they turn red when I continue it also doesn't accept numbers. 

 

what is the issue?
