Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

I just got a used HP Pagewide Pro 477dw.  I previously had a heck of a time setting up my Pagewide Pro 552dw to show custom size 6*11 pages in the tray on the printer settings.  I can of course set the paper setting to 6*11 in Microsoft Word, and select that paper size when printing.  But, the printer shows that there is a different size paper in the tray since it isn't set up with this custom paper size.  It looks like I may need to download an old 9500 or 9800 driver, which is nowhere to be found.  HP chat is worthless...and was hoping to do a huge print project today.  I will try tech support tomorrow if I can't solve today.  I remember spending hours calling different HP people when I set up my last 552 printer....
