I've had to recently reinstall my HP drivers for my printer, but since doing that, I seem to have lost the settings that allow me to print photos. I'm only getting standard print options when I go to the HP Envy settings on my desktop

I may not understand your question.
Please read the following - if the answer provided below is not relevant, please give us a bit more detail as to what you are seeing and why you cannot print photos. For example, what software are you using to print photos?

Discussion...
When you reinstalled the Full Feature Software for the printer, did the software fully install?
For example:
Software, when fully installed, provides the Printer Assistant shortcut icon on the Desktop (named for the printer).

Printing Preferences
Not all printing software looks the same, of course. The "basics" should be usually be available, including one or more printing shortcuts for printing documents and / or photos.
Set the Preferences
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers > Right-Click on your printer > Printing Preferences >
Tab Printing Shortcuts > Click / Highlight preferred shortcut > Click Apply > Click OK to exit
If the printer software supports the feature, change the settings as desired, then use “Save as” to create a Custom Shortcut.
OR
Windows key + S (search for) Printers and Scanners
Left-Click on (your) Printer > Manage >
Printing Preferences
Select a shortcut and / or set “preferred settings” for paper, source (tray), other settings
Optional (if / as available): Save As > enter a name for your custom shortcut
Click OK to save the preferences
Check / Adjust the Paper at the Printer Panel
Open Printer Tray, add desired paper type
Close Tray
IF applicable for your printer:
On the printer control panel, Click Modify (wording varies), set the paper size and type, Click OK
NOTE: If the size of the Paper Size is not in the Drop-down list, Select Custom
Examples
Note:
Locked shortcuts are "templates" used as-is or customized shortcuts with "Save-As"

Now what?
If you believe (based on what you see in your printer software) that your Full Feature Software has not fully installed, you can try "starting over", that is, remove the printer software, check and clean out any remaining bits, then download-save and install the software using the rules for compatibility. Compatibility still installs your printer software for "Windows 10" but uses installation rules for an older OS. This may help if the reason the installation is failing is due to some oddity in the way Windows 10 is responding to the standard installation method.
Printer Software cannot install – Compatibility Mode
The Hoped-for result: Installation file opens, extracts, and magically, quick-as-a-rabbit, installs the software.
Read everything, then decide on how to proceed.
Preparation
Completely uninstall the printer software
Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features
Restart the computer and log in.
Check Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers –
If you see the printer, Right-Click on it and Uninstall / Remove device
Open Control Panel > icon view > Device Manager
View > Devices by type
Expand the Printers section
If you see the printer, Right-Click on it and Uninstall / Remove
If you remove the device from Devices and Printers or the Device Manager,
Restart the computer and log in.
Download and Save the Full Feature Software to your computer.
Do not "run" the installation yet...
Method - "Troubleshooting method" - Set Compatibility
NOTE
If you like, skip this method and use the manual compatibility setup steps (below).
Hover over the Windows Start pane on your Taskbar > Right-Click and select Search
In the search bar, type: run programs
Click on Run programs made for previous versions of Windows
Start the Troubleshooter...
Select "Not listed"
Browse to the downloaded folder / file and select the executable file in the Troubleshooter
For example, your file might be named: OJ8710_Full_WebPack_40.12.1161.exe
Follow prompts - for example, select to have the troubleshooter implement "fixes".
In this case, the "fix" suggested is to run the program in "Compatibility mode for Windows 7"
Click "Test the program" (still in the Troubleshooter)
Restart the computer and log in.
Click Cancel in the Troubleshooter to close it.
Method – Manual – Set Compatibility
Download and Save the Full Feature Software to your computer
Navigate to your Downloads folder and open the folder so you can view the contents
Right-Click on the downloaded installation file > Properties > Compatibility
Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for"
Select Windows 7
Click Apply and OK to close the Properties menu
Right-Click on the program and select to Run as Administrator
After the software installs, Restart the computer and log in.
