I bought the printer 8024 second hand and when I start it, it asks for the Setup - Cartridges.
I don't have that.
I did a full reset and OOBE reset with no result...
How can I skip this message?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To Bypass Using Setup Cartridges for HP OfficeJet Pro 8024 All-In-One Printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
