The HP Smart dashboard says the printer is installed. I'm logged in. Drivers are updated.

The printer itself is still saying "Setup Incomplete, blah blah visit hp.123.com". I have gone through full installation 4 times at this point. It scans perfectly fine! It simply refuses to print.

There apparently is no answer to this software issue online - all other issues are still unresolved with the exception where one guy deleted his printers IP address and manually did some **bleep** beyond my ability to even describe.

Don't buy this produce - and if you did, return it. Giant waste of money.

@wildkatz73, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

To assist you better, which device are you using to print?

How is the printer connected?

For assistance with the first-time setup, refer to this document.

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Keep me posted.
