Product: HP Inkjet printer

I already setup my printer months ago but haven’t used it since to had to install it again. The printer asks for the set up cartridges, which I have misplaced, the new cartridges I bought aren’t recognised. What should I do?

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
