HP Photosmart b110a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a hold of a Photosmart B110a, but when turning it on, it says I need Setup cartridges, which I don't have. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

You need to purchase regular cartridges and then contact HP technical support for a device specific code to allow setup to happen with standard cartridges. Open a case through support.hp.com

Thanks for your help so far. Except that I find it hard to navigate through the website and cannot find any button to open a case file. It keeps on directing me to https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/product/hp-photosmart-wireless-e-all-in-one-printer-series-b...

Do you know of where I can open a case?

Thanks in advance.
