Product: HP DeskJet 4122e All-in-One Printer

Hello, I just bought a new HP Deskjet 4122e.

I tried to set it up using the app but I am stuck at the cartridge step as it keeps telling me to use the setup cartridges. But I am using the setup cartridges, they were in the box when I bought the printer and it says setup on it. The app keeps telling me they are not setup cartridges.

I tried on the computer and same thing happens.

Please help as I cannot use my brand new printer.
