Printer asks for reinstalling every time I try to open the HP Deskjet 2520 series.exe application. I've tried removing the drivers and reinstalling the software, but neither of these solutions seems to work. It used to work previously. Please help.

Are you setting up for the first time?
Have you made any changes?
You may refer to this document and see if that works.
And, since the Deskjet does not have a control panel we will not be able to access the Support Menu.
I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for service options
