OfficeJet 250
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Need web service to print remote.  Setup from printer web page always times out.

Have tried all options -

Printer homepage/ Web service / Instalation (or may be activation) (translating from local language)

1) Automatic updates -- fails

2) Manual updates -- fails

3) No updates -- cant be used, blocked by SW - (why have an option thatr cant be used? -- symtom of bad design)

Get a first message for trying to get contact, and then a second message doing some setup, and then it times out.

How to do this activation?

Hi,

Try updating the printer by following the latest HP Printer Update Utility from your computer:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-250-mobile-all-in-one-printe...

May you complete the update using the utility? may you see any difference with HP ePrint once completing the update?

Shlomi
