I already connected the printer to WiFi ; set up my HP account which tells me it’s ready to print and my setup is complete.. but when I try to print from app an error message comes up on printer telling me to do complete my setup

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Could you share the screen where it's asking for the setup completion? 
  • Are you trying to print from an Android or Apple phone? 
  • What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)?
