Shared wireless printer

hello, I set up the printer on the DELL laptop and shared it. but it still doenst work in the HP laptop,

I tried to set up the HP laptop direct into the wireless printer and after usb cable as well, any of these ways worked.

both laptops are windows 10.

the printer is HP deskjet 2622.

any ideia what Am I doing wrong, please?

After Restoring the Network settings, you may download and install the software from this link:

Thank you. The installation is okay, DELL lap top is printing well. I think the problem is share the printer with the HP laptop.

yes, the app was okay before, but I am still not able to print in another laptops.

The share printer is not working.

I am thinking it is about the network configuration,

Do install the HP Smart app or FULL software solution on the other laptops.
