Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Shortcuts tile is not working. I have uninstalled the HP software several times.  When I click the tile the shortcuts pops up. I can edit and delete it but can't start.  When I try to click the back button it won't go back to the home screen. I have the print off , email on, save files off and select PDF.  It has all of a sudden stopped working.  I can scan from the home screen and print.  All other functions seem to be working properly. I can also print from my computer, so it has connections.  All Microsoft is updated, running windows 10 pro, 64-bit.

The two printers are HP Officejet PRO 8600 and HP Smart Tank Plus 551.  The laptop is Dell, running the following intel(r) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz.  Ram16.GB, 64 bit operating system, x64 based processor.   Running Windows 10 Pro, version 21H2
