HP Recommended

I have just opened a new pack of Photo Gloss paper, supplied by Ryman in England, to print a photograph.

I have tried to print to this paper twice.  Both jammed at the rear as the paper would not go round a tight roller.

On some printers I have owned in the past, it was always possible to feed in a single sheet at the rear so that it did not jam.

Can I do this on this above printer, somehow?

What printer model are you reffering?

 

Some older printers had rear paper feed for thick paper, but in the last like 15 years HP printers don't have those anymore.
