Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there.

I acquired a second hand HP Office Jet Pro 9014 in superb condition.

I bought new cartridges.

The printer goes into "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer".

Does anyone know how to overcome this?

Help is much appreciated.

You're a legend. I would never figure out that the black bezel around the screen had touch buttons. In my case the back button was in a different place, but I tapped around and found it.

All sorted now.

Thanks again.
