Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M480f
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M480f printing slow. Most of the time it takes between 1-2 minutes to print, sometimes longer. The printer is connected via usb cable.

 

Troubleshooting Done:

  • Changed the usb cable
  • Uninstall and reinstall the recommended full printer software
  • Reset the printer to factory default

Temporary working solution

  • Restart the print spooler services - print normally but after some time slow printing issue again.

Monitoring after updated to the latest printer firmware Datecode: 20240129
