Dear HP Community,
Where can i find a download of Smart App for MacOs 10.14 - or else - drivers for the HP Officejet 8015e?
High frustration here, as i'm not able to download the Smart App from Mac Store, as it's apparently compatible from OS 11 only, despite many of HP's websites, relating to Smart App installation, state it is compatible from OS 10.14!

For further clarity:
- I have successfully downloaded and connected to the printer via iPhone.
- I'm making sure to be on the same network
- The printer is sporadically briefly seen in the "Printer & Scanner" setup window, under System-settings, but then disapears after 2 seconds.
- No change of location/distance between Router, Printer, Mac has occurred, since yesterday's replacement with my old printer, which worked perfectly for 11 years.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with installing HP smart app for your Printer.
Please follow the steps below to install the HP smart app on your devices.
1) Uninstall the HP smart app by click on this link, Restart all the device to clear possible error conditions.
2) Refer to this link to use the HP smart app on your phone/tablet/PC to add a printer and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.

Thank you for the reply, which unfortunately doesn't address the issues, i've described though;
1. I cannot install Smart App on my Mac, because - contrary to HP's statements on various webpages - it's no longer available for MacOS 10.14 (or any newer one, until MacOS 11!)
2. So, could you provide a link to a funtional version of the Smart App?

I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much but i do appreciate your efforts in performing the troubleshooting steps.
As the HP smart app is not available for the Mac OS version on your device.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link to add the printer using Mac built-in driver and let me know if that resolves the issue.

Dear Irwin6,
There's no need for me to go through the troubleshooting steps, as i have already managed to connect both, printer and pC, albeit via the internal Printer & Scanner Settings page in the System Settings.
The problem, which is therewith not solved, is that in order to use the full functionality of the HP printer, it should be used via the App.
