Smart App will not allow a Login, only "Create" account.

Hello, I uninstalled all of the HP related softwre, and then reinstalled it back. Everything seems to be working but when a click on the Scan button, I'm prompted to eith Login or Create an account. When I then clik to Login, It goes back to the HP Smart page, "HP Smart Tank 7600 series, and has a check mark "Ready".

Down below I can see the various printer Icons again. When I select Scan, it goes right back to the Login screen.

The print function works fine. I set the printer for my WiFi. Thank you very much.

I forgot to mention I'm using a laptop Dell Inspiron 17 (3000) and using Windows 11.

1. Please update with HP app from the next link:

• >> https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9n9phdt62w94?hl=en-US

2. Once you update with HP app then Restart your computer.

• 

3. Open HP app and select Scan option.

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
