Product: HP Smart Tank 5101 All-in-One Printer

I had to contact HP Support to help me set up my eprint email address, and it worked fine. But you cannot change the email address, so I'm stuck with  58hpq9964kv@hpeprint.com. I set this up as a Contact in **bleep**, so I'm basically ok. 

 

My previous printer OfficeJet Pro 6970 allows for changing of the eprint email address - - - they must have forgotten about this for the Tank printer ... 🙄 ... or they're simplifying things ... 

 

The printer works fine, but everything's on the app (desktop, phone) and functions on the printer have actually been reduced (like double sided printing, scanning, etc.). Main thing I can't figure out is how to copy a document multiple times ... there's no software thing'y on the printer to type in # of copies, and I don't see it in the HP Smart app.

 

Also, the documentation that came with the printer was skimpy, and didn't refer me to anything online, so I've had to contact Tech Support for 2 relatively simple items already. But Support is great imo.
