Hi @BiblioBob,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The WPS PIN (Wi-Fi Protected Setup Personal Identification Number) is typically located on a label or sticker on your Smart Tank 6001 printer. Here's how you can find it.
- Look on the exterior of the printer: Check around the sides, back, or bottom of the printer for a label or sticker that contains the WPS PIN. It may be labeled as "WPS PIN," "PIN," or something similar.
- Check the printer's documentation: The WPS PIN may also be included in the printer's manual or setup guide. Look through the documentation that came with your printer to see if the PIN is listed there.
- Access the printer's settings: Some printers allow you to view the WPS PIN directly from the printer's control panel or through its web interface. Check the printer's menu options or settings to see if there is a way to access the WPS PIN from there.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
