Operating System: macOS 26.0 Tahoe

Installed this printer approx. 2 months ago.  Was printing everything in colour but suddenly no longer prints any email pictures in colour, only greyscale.  The option for colour or grayscale does not appear in the printer options.

How can I rectify this please?

Please follow steps from the next video to restart printer settings on Mac, to rectify this:
