Smart Tank 7600 screen stuck

The screen is perma-stuck on:

The HP software is setting up your printer 

I've tried everything I can find on this forum, Google and Claude.

Please help!

If this the first time setup of printer, then you may need to reset (Power Off and Power ON) and then follow steps from the next video to start process again:

Thanks for your suggestion and support. 

We've had the printer for about a year, and this is a new issue that has developed in the last month or so. The reset you suggest didn't work, the screen is still stuck on the same message.

So, this was successful in the sense that it allowed me to reset the printer. However, once i started trying to set it up again, same issue.
