HP Recommended

Firstly I had serious problems installing a print driver, eventually managing that.  I can now print files from my computer but I am unable to scan to Network folder as the printer says this has not been set up.  The instruction is to connect to the printer in the HP Smart app  and work through printer settings.

Has anyone any experience of and fix for this problem?
