Smart app not working

We had the same problem. It seems to have something to do with a Windows 10 update sometime after Feb. 12. We did another update yesterday and now the HP Smart app works. However, you now have to sign in to your HP account for "cloud functions," whatever that means. I wish they didn't make something that used to be simple so complicated! Try doing a Windows 10 update and see if that works.
