Product: Hp Smart Tank 517
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer worked normally until a few days ago, but after we changed the internet, it started to have a problem and was unable to connect to the wireless network. (I've tried everything, press the wireless button + cancel for 5 seconds, use the computer and cell phone software, etc.) It always shows that it is offline and when I can enter my wireless password it appears "connecting" but not leaving "preparing the printer".

Are the other devices in the house working with the new Wi-Fi?
