One user (the owner of the company, of course), was unable to print to the Pagewide XL 5100. He had one of his engineers look at it and installed the latest version of SmartStream in hopes that it would fix it, it didn't. The instance of SmartStream is showing 8 ink cartridges, the existing model has 4 and everyone else seems to be able to print to the device, so it's an isolated case. (It's also showing different paper roll selections on the laptop in question). I did uninstall/reinstall, still shows wrong configuration. I checked that it is pointed and using the correct print driver. I can browse to the printer IP and it shows what shuld be the expected ink and paper setup. In SmartStream, I do show the user was printing the past few days correctly.
I'm kind of spinning my wheels here, if anyone has some ideas, I'm open...

The fix was to remove the old printer from SmartStream, and though it was showing the correct printer, I received an error trying to remove it.
I removed the entry at: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\HP\ and was able to launch the program and successfully add the printer back in and it pulled the correct settings.
