Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 Series

Hello, My HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series keeps showing the message (the printer update could not be downloaded), although i can still perform print job . This is the second printer i am getting and still having the same issue. Anyone have a solution to this problem.?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Could you share the screen where it's displaying an error message? 
  • Have you tried downloading and installing the firmware from HP's website?
