Hi,

I've acquired a n HP Laser Jet 1018 - with no software (INSTALLATION cd)  I have downloaded HP smart & HP Scan Doc.  Both cannot do anything for me as the drivers need to be downloaded.  I do not understand why I'm having such a hard time doing this.  I'm computer/printer savvy, but this is getting ridiculous.  I even had someone call me today that was not from HP to help me set up the printer, they wanted to charge me $50.  I said click! [hung up]

HP Laserjet 1018 is too old printer model, it's not supported in HP Smart
