HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer

I just purchased and registered my new HP 9025E OFFICEJET PRO PRINTER (PURCHASED 8/25/2023) and installed the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads from the HP web site, and when i try and open the programs/Apps from my desktop Windows 10 computer I am receiving a message: “THE HP OFFICEJET PRO 9020 SERIES WAS NOT FOUND”, and therefore cannot open the App/Program!!!!!!! What is causing this?

Hi @IRAL54,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Here are the steps to find and install the software and drivers.

  • Visit the HP Support Website: Go to the HP support website at https://support.hp.com.
  • Enter Your Printer Model: In the search bar, enter "HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e" and press Enter. This should lead you to the support page for your printer model.
  • Select Your Operating System: On the support page, you should see an option to select your operating system. Choose your operating system (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) from the list.
  • Download Software and Drivers: Once you've selected your operating system, you should see a list of available software and drivers for your printer. This may include drivers, software packages, and firmware updates. Click on the ones you need to download.
  • Follow Installation Instructions: After downloading the necessary software and drivers, run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install them on your computer.
  • Connect Your Printer: Make sure your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e is connected to your computer via USB or through your network if it's a wireless printer. Follow any additional setup instructions to connect your printer to your computer.
  • Test Your Printer: After installation, it's a good idea to print a test page or perform a test scan to ensure that your printer is working correctly.
  • Check for Firmware Updates: Periodically, check the HP support website for firmware updates for your printer. Firmware updates can improve performance and fix issues.
  • HP Smart App (Optional): You can also consider installing the HP Smart app on your mobile device, which allows you to print, scan, and manage your printer from your smartphone or tablet.

Remember to always use official HP drivers and software to ensure compatibility and security.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
