Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The HP Smart software insists my printer is offline. Windows sees the printer, and it prints normally. Diagnose and fix does not do anything.

I cannot scan to my computer, and I cannot scan, fax, etc. from the HP Smart App. I can scan with the older HP Scan & Capture App, and can use Windows Scan.

Wireless is OFF. I don't want this printer to be available to anyone outside of my physical office. We use this printer to print checks and secure documents.
