HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer does not print from PC but does from iphone. Have tried Wifi and USB connection. Have reinstalled driver 2 times .

Try to install with the following basic driver:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN7640/EN7640_Basicx64_117.exe

 

* Click on YES button   to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
