I have a similar problem, but with a twist. When the Solution Center didn't open, I uninstalled it; now I can't reinstall it because the dowload center says that I have all the correct drivers and won't download anything. Also I saw the post about the patch to uninstall, but I need help with that too--how do I find it and how do I uninstall it? Nancy

OK I found the post with the instructions to uninstall the update. Uninstalled and restarted. Tried again to download Solution center, but this is still all I can get:
HP has scanned your product but currently has no suggestions for driver updates.
Why won't Solution Center download?

Microsoft released a patch today https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3133431 that fixes the error introduced by 3132372. The new update allows embedded Flash files to run in the browser. This should fix issues with HP Solution Center.
Please do not uninstall MS security updates and leave yourselves vulnerable.

I used the Microsoft Show or Hide tool. Downloaded it. It allows you to stop receiving updates and updates are what keeps crashing the HP Solution Center. I did this after the steps you have taken. Make sure the update has not re-installed again,, in the meantime. When you find this on the Microsoft site it will walk you though it.

On Dec 28th, 2015 Adobe released a security update for Adobe Flash Player to address what they describe as “critical vulnerabilities” that allow an attacker to take control of the affected system. Microsoft released security advisory 2755801 and security update KB3132372 to make the updated Adobe Flash Player available to all users.
Adobe and Microsoft are aware of reports of some application crashes after installing this update and are researching this problem. We will post additional information in this thread and in KB3132372 under the More Information section.
Microsoft does not recommend uninstalling KB3132372 as has been suggested in several forum posts and we don’t recommend blocking the update from installing. Both of these steps would leave any system that is connected to the internet vulnerable to the exploit detailed by Adobe and Microsoft.
Update (1/5/16) - On January 5th, Microsoft released an update (KB3133431) for Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. The update addresses some application compatibility issues introduced in update KB3132372 as well as the vulnerabilities described in Adobe Security bulletin APSB16-01. For more information about this update, including download links, see Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 3133431. For Windows 10 users, both this update and update KB3132372 will be offered and installed.
I've been paying for and trying to use my MSN premium email and deleting KB3132372 is the only way I can get MSN premium to work without crashing. As much as I hate to take a chance I guess I'll live without the security or delete Adobe. There are probably other programs that work.
