Product: C4480 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have a C4480 printer/scanner connected to an HP desktop running Windows 10 (64 bit). Today when I open the Solutions Centre I get this image (below); if I click on it nothing happens. I have uninstalled the software and  the printer and reinstalled both but the problem persists. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions please?

If you're only trying to open the original HP scan software application that is part of Solution Centre, you can open the application hpiscnapp.exe in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\ as a workaround.

I have the same question.  This logo showed up on my Dell laptop last week, and neither my husband nor I know anything about it. Anyone know what it is?  Thank you!
