I have HP Pavillion All in One 24 All-in-one (Touchscreen)... And I installed the  HP PEN CONTROL app and I bought HP Pen 920241-001 (Active Stylus Pen)... MY PROBLEM IS :

1. The HP Pen Control app doesn't work it says (Sorry hp pen control is not compatible with this computer)

2. The HP Pen also doesn't work I cant draw it or control it with the HP Pen....

 

I already check for updates and everything is updated... Still doesn't work..

 

Pleas HP I need your advise or everyone please?

I would like to inform you that the HP pen control software is not compatible with your computer.

 

Usually, the All in One computer does not support active pen or stylus. However, I need the product number of your computer to check whether your computer supports HP's active pen or stylus.

Thank you for the information.

 

I see that your computer doesn't support an active stylus. However, you can go ahead and use a passive stylus that works exactly like your fingers.
