To open Date and Time, press the Windows + R keys.
In the Open field, enter the control command and click OK.
On the Control Panel, click Clock, Language and Region> Date and Time.
Click the Date and Time tab and click Change date and time. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, enter the password or provide confirmation.
In the Date and Time Settings dialog box, do one or more of the following:

When you are finished changing the date and time settings, click OK.
