Hi @Emily-922_,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand that you're having SSL certificate issues with your device. Please try the steps below.

Set the clock

To open Date and Time, press the Windows + R keys.
In the Open field, enter the control command and click OK.
On the Control Panel, click Clock, Language and Region> Date and Time.
Click the Date and Time tab and click Change date and time. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, enter the password or provide confirmation.
In the Date and Time Settings dialog box, do one or more of the following:
To change the time, double-click it and click the arrows to increase or decrease the value.
To change the minutes, double-click them and click the arrows to increase or decrease the value.
To change the seconds, double-click them and click the arrows to increase or decrease the value.
When you are finished changing the date and time settings, click OK.

Configure Internet Options

Control panel, click on "Internet Options" and then on Advanced.
Make sure that the SLL 2.0 and 3.0 options are selected and click apply.
Still under "Internet Options in the" Content "tab, click the" Clear SSL status "button.

I hope this helps, If the error still occurs, feel free to post again. We will be ready to help!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
