Stampa wireless solo in monocromatico

Non riesco a capire come mai con questo nuovo pc Hp PAVILION LAPTOP 15 - ID PRODOTTO 00325-96797-60431-AAOEM la stampante HP7FDBEE Hp OfficeJet3830 - CN66U3J2K8 installata in modalità wireless mi stampa unicamente in monocromatico non dandomi la possibilità di scegliere nella finestra di dialogo della stampa da proprietà / carta e qualità la funzione colore o monocromatico. Se invece la collego con il cavo al pc tramite porta USB posso stampare a colori scegliendo l'opzione colore in fase di stampa perché la finestra di dialogo la propone.

Qualcuno sa come aiutarmi? Col pc precedente, sempre un hp, la stampante funzionava perfettamente anche wireless. Alcune differenze che ho notato dalle impostazioni sono sulle specifiche di Windows: Pavilion Versione 20H2 e Build sistema operativo19042.1348, mentre sul pc precedente Versione 21H2 e Build sistema operativo19043.1348 ma non so come fare a impostare questi parametri, nè se effettivamente possano esserne la causa.

I can't understand why with this new PC Hp PAVILION LAPTOP 15 - PRODUCT ID 00325-96797-60431-AAOEM the HP7FDBEE Hp OfficeJet3830 - CN66U3J2K8 printer installed in wireless mode prints me only in monochrome, not giving me the possibility to choose in the setting box of properties / paper and quality the color or monochrome function. If I connect it with the cable to the PC via the USB port, I can print in color. I can choose the color option to print because the setting box offers it.

Anyone know how to help me? With the previous PC, always an HP, the printer worked perfectly even wireless. Some differences I noticed from the settings are on the Windows specifications: Pavilion Version 20H2 and OS Build 19042.1348, while on the previous PC Version 21H2 and OS Build 19043.1348 but I don't know how to set these parameters, nor if they actually can be the cause of malfunction.
