Starter Cartridges

I received a printer from my company, unfortunately, I am missing the startup cartridges to get the printer to work. I keep reading that a lot of other people have had this issue as well and that there is a way to bypass it..  by doing an OOBE restart but I am unable to find instructions on how to do so. Someone, please help me. I have spent hours talking to people to attempt to resolve this only to be told I would have to pay $20 to even speak with someone.

Good evening, You must try to "reset" the printer by holding certain keys on the keyboard (6 and # to be checked in the user guide) while plugging in the power cable.
