Hi, I have HP officejet Pro 9132e , when I use the app for setting quickbuttons for scanning the system standard uses letter for scanning to email with all receivers that I put in.
I have gone through all setting and everywhere I have put in A4 but when putting in a contact for scanning its automatically letter. Where can I set this and not having to change it manually with each scan.

From the Printer Control Panel:
Access the Printer Menu:

Select "Scan to Email" or "Scan Settings":

Adjust Default Settings:
- Look for an option to set default scan settings. You should be able to choose "A4" as the default paper size.

Select Your Printer:

I had done all that already.
On the printer you go from scan to account to short cuts and only with each short cuts you settings, it only changes that moment to A4 next tile its back to A4
Prnters web page you goto scan , options webscan(not in use), to network & to usb , both set to A4
On my iPhone App you got to scan and it opens with A4 but I need to it Start from the printer screen on A4
in the app in shortcuts you cannot set any settings per email.
copy, fax, trays, print all is set to A4
I have the latest FW
How can my staff scan from the printer automatically starting from A4 ?
