Hi @Jagan19 

After you fill ink tanks then you need to continue to step 4. Install printheads.

 

First-Time Setup Instructions for HP Smart Tank 790 Series Printers

To set up your HP Smart Tank 790 series printer for the first time, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Unbox the Printer
  • Step 2: Install the HP App
  • Step 3: Fill the Ink Tanks
  • >> Step 4: Install the Printheads
  • Spoiler

    Install the Printheads

    1. Lift the ink access door, wait for the carriage to move to the center, and open the printhead cover using the blue button.
       
       


      Filling ink into the tanks

    2. Remove the packaging and protective tape from the printheads.
    3. Insert the printheads into their slots and close the printhead cover.
       

      Inserting the printheads

    4. Close the ink access door.
  • Step 5: Load Paper
  • Step 6: Align the Printheads

Hi,

I have filled the ink tanks but it's showing ink tank 'K' needs to be filled which is already full.
