Screenshot_1.jpgI have a problem with my home printer.  My HP won't let me add it.  It's an HP8600.  It only seems to want the model number or the serial number, not the product number.  When I start Windows 11 on the computer I'm using here in the office I get the following link to a problem.

HP Officejet Pro 8600\bin\HPStatusBL.dll

Obviously  a DLL file will not start or is missing from the start up routine.  Both my printers 8600 and 8630 work the message is a nuisance.

Hi,
From File Explorer type %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup into the address bar and press Enter.
Delete the Monitor Ink Alerts shortcut of the printer and the error should no longer appear.

Regards,
Shlomi
