Steps to skip setup cartridges and complete the printer's initial setup.

I have a photosmart 7520 printer, never used. Just took it out of the box, but the setup cartridges are not in the box. I saw HP was able to provide the steps to skip setup cartridges and complete the printer's initial setup. I do have new cartridges for the printer.

Does anyone know how I can bypass the install setup cartridges?

Welcome to HP Support Community!

To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer. 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
