As you can see from the posts in this thread (locked now!) the issue is far from resolved!
I've not been able to use my printer for almost 4 months! Which is completely insane. Several people, as you can see from the thread and the likes on my post, have the same issue! Nothing works because the current (old) printer drivers are not comaptible with Windows 10 version 1809!
You're customer support has to be some kind of a joke. Any other serious company would have resolved the issue long ago!
Why are you ignoring this problem and not taking any action!?

Hi,
The drivers are compatible with Windows 10 with the latest build (RS5) as well, you may experience some printing issues due to permissions issues related with the operating system itself and not with the print driver, a such would likely cause such an error such as Parameter is Incorrect while printing.
Please try following below steps and let me know the results:
- Type CMD into the search bar, right-click it and select Run as Administrator, then confirm by clicking Yes.
- Paste the following command and press Enter:
icacls "C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS" /grant users:(OI)(CI)F /T
- Restart your computer,
- Try printing and check for any difference.
- If you cannot print yet, temporary disable any Anti-Virus or malware protection software and check again.
Please let me know if you may see any difference,
Shlomi

They are not comaptible. I dont know how many times I have to say it. I just did everything you said, it does not work. The cmd command was succesfully applied and I restarted my computer. I dont have any protection at all only windows built-in which I haven't touched and you shouldn't have too!! No problems at all to print with previous Windows versions.
Now I get "The parameter is incorrect" when I try to print from notepad. And nothing at all happens when I try to print from Word, even though Word recognizes and shows my printer correctly. When I press printer properties in word I get the error message in the picture below.
I don't know why the support is so ignorant when I've done everything and nothing works. I'm clearly not the only one having problems with Win 10 (1809) and you still dont seem to get that this is a major problem.
