Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I never had a problem with my 8702.  I have an HP gaming computer, Victus.  It stopped printing.  It won't let me cancel jobs or delete the printer program from the computer.  My computer upgraded some of the window 11 yesterday which I been running on since last January.  I have unplugged it, but it won't print, and a question mark on the printer won't go away. I looked at the list the question mark refers to, and it isn't anything I need.  Please help.  I really like this printer
